Celebrate Your Toddler's First Birthday

It's been almost a year because the baby is born. Twelve months past unforgettable. This calls for celebration.

Remember, at this point, the party is more for families, close friends, and more. You are better off inviting fewer other children and surrounding yourself with people who will dote on your child, who is the star of the show. Here are a few tips in mind:

Charging for VideoCam and digital camera. This is an event that requires a lot of photos.
Do not forget the cake and do not forget to take pictures of him. Children like to know later that mom and dad to celebrate each and every one of their birthdays.
Keep the party is relatively short, limited to about 1 ½ hours. That's about all a baby can handle.
Timetable party carefully about your child's nap time, just like any other little guests.
If you are inviting other baby, keep a small number, ideally just 1-3.
Especially if you have other babies there, be relaxed and flexible. Tears, tantrums, biting, vomiting ... It is possible to 1 years old child free-for-all.
if other babies are present, keep plenty of toys on the floor to keep them occupied.
Since you dad, I think high-tech or low tech "dadly" ways to commemorate the big event. Some ideas:

Take pictures or movies that iMovie and edited a documentary about the event.
Grab a coffee can, plastic box or other container and make a time capsule, including key items from the birthday, including the written comments from guests. Make sure mom and dad to write a special note of how you feel about your child and your wishes, dreams and predictions for him or her.
Take time for a list of important developmental milestones your baby.

Basically, a time in a relaxed atmosferi.Prvi birthday party could be the first opportunity for you, where children run the household. Relax and be aware that anything could happen and probably will.
